2. ZenVPN Services

ZenVPN provides Virtual Private Network (VPN) services to protect your privacy and enhance online security. The app offers encrypted connections, anonymous browsing, and access to restricted content in accordance with these Terms.

3. Allowed Use

You agree to use ZenVPN for legal and appropriate purposes only. By using ZenVPN, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Use ZenVPN only for personal or authorized organizational use.
• Use the VPN to protect your privacy and security, such as for encrypted browsing, accessing geo-restricted content (where legally allowed), or preventing data interception.
• Ensure that no malware, viruses, or illegal material is transmitted through the VPN.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others and not use ZenVPN to engage in copyright infringement, piracy, or other unlawful activities.

4. Prohibited Use

You are prohibited from using ZenVPN for:

• Engaging in any illegal or malicious activities (including hacking, phishing, or distributing malware).
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your ZenVPN account or access with unauthorized users.
• Disrupting or interfering with networks or services of ZenVPN or third parties.
• Performing activities that could harm or compromise our infrastructure, such as launching denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
• Accessing, storing, or distributing illegal content, including child pornography, copyrighted material without authorization, or any content deemed illegal in your jurisdiction.
• Circumventing government-imposed censorship where it is prohibited by law.

Violation of these restrictions may result in the termination of your account and legal action if necessary.

5. Subscription and Payments

Zen VPN - Super VPN & Proxy offers a paid subscription model to access the service. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

• Payment: All payments are processed through the App Store. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the time of purchase, including any taxes or additional charges where required by law.
• Subscription Plans: We offer multiple subscription options (e.g., monthly or annual) with different pricing tiers. Please review the details and pricing before subscribing.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of your current subscription period.
• Manage Your Subscription: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings in the App Store.
• Service Access: You will have full access to Zen VPN as long as your subscription remains active.

6. Privacy Policy

7. Limitations of Liability

ZenVPN is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees about the uptime or availability of the service. To the maximum extent allowed by law, ZenVPN and its operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the app.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to ZenVPN at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
